Fridays: 10-5 PM
1. Initial Evaluation (60 min) –$200 (required for all new patients)
• Comprehensive movement assessment, strength testing, and functional screening
• Individualized treatment plan to improve mobility, strength and reduce injury risk
• Corrective exercises, manual techniques and movement analysis
• Includes: cupping, dry needling, soft tissue massage and kinesiotaping as deemed necessary
2. Follow-Up Treatment Sessions (30 min) – $100
• Corrective exercises, stretching & neuromuscular training to reduce injury risk
• Hands-on-manual techniques for recovery including cupping, dry needling, kinesiotaping, IASTM and mobilizations.

Packages after (Initial Eval):
3 sessions (15% savings) - $250
5 sessions (20% savings)- $400

3. 15 min Cupping or Stretching Session - $50
Cupping or Stretching of self-identified tight musculature/problem areas

Dr. Craig Duggan DPT, ATC-L, SCS, GFS, PES, YES

Dr. Craig Duggan is a seasoned sports physical therapist with a passion for performance, recovery, and helping athletes reach their peak. He earned his B.S. in Athletic Training from the University of New England in 2009 and went on to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at Winston-Salem State University in 2012, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019.

Throughout his career, Dr. Duggan has worked with athletes of all levels — from youth to elite — including time with WSSU, Wake Forest University, the Olympic Development Program, and NCYSA. His clinical focus is return-to-sport rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and treatment of overhead athletes.

He is board-certified in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS, 2017) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and holds advanced certifications from NASM as a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, and Youth Exercise Specialist. Additionally, Dr. Duggan is certified in kinesiotaping, Graston Technique, and dry needling. Since 2016, he has shared his knowledge as an adjunct professor at Winston-Salem State University.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Duggan enjoys the outdoors with his wife, two children, and their dogs — whether it’s hiking, camping, boating, water-skiing, hunting, or fishing.
