Fridays: 10-5 PM
1. Initial Evaluation (60 min) –$200 (required for all new patients)
• Comprehensive movement assessment, strength testing, and functional screening
• Individualized treatment plan to improve mobility, strength and reduce injury risk
• Corrective exercises, manual techniques and movement analysis
• Includes: cupping, dry needling, soft tissue massage and kinesiotaping as deemed necessary
2. Follow-Up Treatment Sessions (30 min) – $100
• Corrective exercises, stretching & neuromuscular training to reduce injury risk
• Hands-on-manual techniques for recovery including cupping, dry needling, kinesiotaping, IASTM and mobilizations.

Packages after (Initial Eval):
3 sessions (15% savings) - $250
5 sessions (20% savings)- $400

3. 15 min Cupping or Stretching Session - $50
Cupping or Stretching of self-identified tight musculature/problem areas

Dr. Craig Duggan PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, SCS, PES, GFS, YES

Dr Craig Duggan graduated from the University of New England in 2009 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. While working as an ATC-L for WSSU, Wake Forest, ODP and the NCYSA he attended Winston Salem State University and graduated in 2012 with his MPT. He returned to complete a Doctorate in 2019. He has spent the majority of his career focusing on return to sport, performance enhancement and overhead athletes at all levels. He holds multiple certifications from NASM including the Performance Enhancement Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist. He achieved the Sports Certified Specialty in 2017 and has served as an adjunct professor for Winston Salem State since 2016. In addition, he holds certifications in kinesiotaping, Graston and dry needling. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, 2 kids and dogs hiking, camping, boating, water-skiing and fishing.
